So, I joined this listserve for Austin Mothers of Multiples (AMOM) when I was pregnant, hoping to get the hookup for gently used twin gear and advice on how to get them onto a schedule. What I've actually gotten is upwards of 40 emails a day, only 2% are relevant to me. The rest terrify me. Recent discussion threads include:
"Can anyone leave Costco without spending at least $250?"
"Has anyone been to the new Ikea? Is it too crazy to go yet?"
Uhhh....am I becoming a SAHM who schedules her day around Costco trips? Yes. I am.
To relieve the stress of this view of my future, I was forced to spend several hours yesterday shopping and then receiving a Javanese Body Wrap at Daya Day Spa.
