2009-1-1

We had a little drama here on New Year's Day. I was out at a yoga class and hanging out at Eileen's house. We had Jessica come and Greg headed out. Lucy was playing with Jessica in the backyard listening for Harper (who was still sleeping in her crib) on the monitor.

Then I got a call from Brinks. Who told me that the babysitter Kevin (???) was locked out of the house and the baby was inside the house. Panic. Rushed home and got some of the details on the way. Greg had locked them out. The police and fire department were there. Jessica had no cell phone and we had no key outside the house. Luckily Harper slept most of the time and the 15 minutes she was up they were talking to her through the window.

Hope this does not indicate a dramatic 2009.
