We are in a new phase. The "I have to shampoo my sisters hair" phase. Harper is pretty good about getting the bubbles going and Lucy obsesses over the "ponytail" that forms.
We aren't ready for rinsing yet. Its still a bit... rough. They basically just clock their sister in the head with a bucket.
