Stuffed head

I hate it. I have a stuffy nose, sinus headache and I can't go upside down at all. Guess my yoga resolution will have to be put on hold. I have this saline nose system that flushes your sinuses. It is similar to a netty pot, but just a plastic bottle that you squirt up there. I was a little leery at first, but I LOVE it. I want to do it every hour. It gets everything out of there and will even clear out your ears. I have also been steaming and drinking lots of tea with honey.
