Phantom poo

I feel like I smell and deal with poo so much that sometimes the smell just gets stuck in my nose. I smell poo. No dirty diapers in the vicinity. Diaper pail is clear. My hands are clean. Where is it coming from? I wonder if I am just starting to associate it with everything else. Poo smell intermingled with Oust or the dial antibacterial next to my sink.
