This weekend might be ACL, but on September 29th, Austin is trying to set the record for the most babies breastfeeding at one time. Sync your babies to 11 a.m. CST. The Lactivists will be converging on the Austin Farmer's Market downtown.
I want to be included in this momentous occasion. Do you think that Harper and Lucy will fake it for me? Last year 55 moms and 56 babies (so, if I do my math right, at least one set of twins) showed up, making Austin the largest site of the 157 participating.
Breastfeeding mamas and babies, please must register 10:30 a.m. at the Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies booth near the corner of 4th and Guadalupe.
